Peppered mussels

Today's recipe, transmitted regularly by “Buongiorno Cielo” is a classic seafood cuisine: l’ peppered mussels.
I'm tied up to this dish because it reminds me a lot of my childhood at sea, and even today I find myself often to cook it, also because it prepares and eats really with little time!

The mussels, Unlike clams and other shellfish require no soaking time to eliminate the rena, but simply remove their beard and rinse them properly with his hands quickly under running water.
