<p style="text-align: justify;"> La raccolta ha scopo benefico e il ricavato verrà devoluto alle zone colpite dal terremoto dell&#8217;Emilia.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Creator and author of the collection is Gianluca Ferradino. The volume, produced by the publishing house Mattioli 1885, ha una prefazione di Paolo Marchi.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The recipes, accompanied by photographs features big names such as Moreno Cedroni, Massimo Bottura, Davide Scabin, Gennaro Esposito.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The book, which will be in bookstores since 12 September will cost 10,90 euro. Il ricavato sarà donato alle popolazioni emiliane.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">All participants, from chef to typography, hanno lavorato a titolo gratuito per cercare di abbattere i costi del libro in modo da poter donare quanto più possibile del prezzo di copertina.</p>

<p><span style="text-align: justify;">Based on the concept by now familiar to us, Thanks to MasterChef Italy, the Mystery Box, Chopped and&#8217; a race between professional Chef, for the ’ accuracy 4, they compete with each other for the preparation of 3 various dishes:</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">- Antipasto in 30 minuti;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">- Unique dish 60 minuminutes>
<p style="text-align: justify;">- Dessert 60 minuti.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In 4 several different stations have in front of them a picnic basket containing 4 different ingredients that must be contained all their ’ plate&#8230; under penalty of exclusion. In a well-stocked pantry support comes from which they can draw additional ingredients. Order to prepare the &#8220;dish of their lives&#8221; in due time&#8230; pena esclusione.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Finished this race against time, a jury composed of 3 &#8220;illustrissimi&#8221; representatives of American cuisine and&#8217; ready to judge and, for each race, to delete one: &#8221; Sorry&#8230; you have been Chopped! &#8220;</p>
