Biografía.

Become a chef and’ always been one of my most’ big dreams and finally and’ true!

After having graduated as a cook at the school of Roman cuisine “You Chef” I landed at the Talent Show MasterChef Italy where I had the pleasure and honor to meet great chefs   Established but, in particular,, make unprecedented experiences.

Finished my adventure at Masterchef, I have been hired as Executive Chef at the Palazzo Salviati in Rome, very interesting experience that allowed me to grow more and more’ How to Cook.

I started a long association with the band Airest Italy s.p. to   that I saw in the guise of : Chef, author and testimonial of a multinational company among the most’ big in Italy. With them I have published my first book : Recipes and Kitchen diaries.

I worked with Paola Saluzzi, a good morning Sky on channel Sky TV, with a small section of the kitchen where I had to tell my passion right in the kitchen.

I have collaborated, acting’ Educational Director, at the opening of the new school of cuisine of Rome : Workshops in the kitchen.

I posted, together with Paola Saluzzi, My second cookbook : The ’ Estate on the table.

I was a judge at the World Championship of pizzaiuli held in Naples in may 2012.

I write for the following newspapers: Freedom, Italian Periodical, Scoop, New entertainment Italy.

Currently I am in New York, together with the Iron Chef US Elisabeth Falkner, I'm the Chef of restaurant “Krescendo” site in Brooklyn.
